I am excited about what God is doing in our church and how He is using the worship ministry to help us draw closer to Him. Worship is a powerful and important part of our Sunday morning services here at Jackson Friends Church. We desire our worship to be authentic, excellent, and relevant in a world that needs to hear the name of Jesus proclaimed. If you are interested in participating in any area of the worship ministry, I hope you will prayerfully consider contacting me. I would love to talk with you about our vision and how your unique gifts might help bless the heart of God as well as minister to our church.
We love to worship God through music, but most importantly, we strive to offer worship to God by how we live our lives every day. We seek to be more than a music program. Our hearts are fixed on leading our congregation in authentic and heartfelt worship every week that will enable people to encounter God. Therefore, our calling is much higher than simple song leading. This is a worship ministry that desires to help lead in the worship of our King both on and off the stage.
Interpreting for the Deaf at Jackson Friends Church
Jackson Friends has opened another door of opportunity to reach people to hear the Word of God! We would like to welcome all Deaf and Hard of Hearing to come and hear the message of faith through a sign language interpreter at our 11:00am service on Sunday mornings. Please contact Rebekah Cole at 330-554-2698 (text/phone) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org!
We encourage all attenders to get involved in the ministry of music, even if it’s as an attender in the congregation.
